Free Skills Bootcamps are open to anyone aged 19+ in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire whether they’re looking for work, already in work, or are returning to work after some time out.

Courses are particularly being designed to encourage more women into digital roles and training will fit flexibly around existing commitments.

Options include:

  • IT systems failure diagnosis and resolution
  • Digial marketing including ecommerce, SEO, branding and social media
  • Architecture, components, and operations of routers and switches in a small network
  • Systems design and development including using the C# language and web development using HTML, CSS and Javascript
  • Coding and software development
  • Data analysis
  • Software testing and development
  • Data quality, cost recovery and prediction of customer trends

The courses must be completed by the end of March 2021.

D2N2 LEP are working with training providers across the region to deliver Skills Bootcamps in partnership with employers, providers and local authorities to help develop the digital skills most in-demand in your local area and boost your employability.
