If you're highly organised, work well under pressure and enjoy coordinating and planning, this role at the Chamber could be ideal for you.

Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours)
Based at: Chesterfield or Derby with additional travel required between Chamber offices


The post exists to ensure that the Chamber’s offices are maintained to a high standard to enable colleagues to meet their and the organisations objectives. The role is integral to the smooth operation of the Chamber.


The Facilities Manager is responsible and accountable for the management and operation of the Chamber’s property portfolio which includes all Chamber office locations across the three counties.


  • ​​​​​​Proven experience as a Facilities Manager
  • Knowledge and relevant qualifications in Health and Safety management
  • The ability to manage projects and plan
