Retail Assist Helpdesk

Having won contracts with 3 new retail customers, Retail Assist is recruiting staff for its award-winning IT Help Desk in Nottingham City Centre.
After receiving private equity backing worth a seven-figure sum from investor Foresight Group last year, Retail Assist is continuing its growth trajectory.

Dan Smith

Dan Smith, CEO of Retail Assist, commented: “At a time of economic uncertainty surrounding Brexit, we are proud to continue creating local jobs with a global reach.
“We are expanding our services into Europe at a rapid rate, requiring more international speakers to provide expert support to outlets across the world. This year alone has seen our language portfolio grow to 12 languages offered, with 40% of the Help Desk being bilingual”.
French, German and Spanish speaking applicants are particularly encouraged, as well as those with experience on the front-line of retail and hospitality businesses – from High Street fashion stores to coffee shops.

George Lister

George Lister, Call Analyst at Retail Assist, added: “It’s been a great experience working for Retail Assist, in the 18 months I've been here, I’ve gained a lot in the way of technical IT and communication skills, as well as specialist knowledge in till software.
“The open environment in the office lends itself to great working relationships amongst co-workers, but that doesn’t stop everyone from remaining really focussed and professional.”
Retail Assist, which employs 220 staff and has a £15m turnover, works with over 40 high-profile brands including ASOS, Karen Millen, Vue Cinemas and Pizza Hut.
The business was recently named Services Company of the Year at the BCS UK IT Industry Awards, as national recognition for the quality of its managed IT services.
