Flood Support from Nottinghamshire County Council and Derbyshire County Council

Has technology changed the way you do business? Does your industry require people with a high level of technical skills? If so, help us to inform young people of the importance of digital skills, its use in various industries and the career opportunities it presents.

Digital Skills Fair

Futures Advice, Skills and Employment and Nottinghamshire County Council are hosting a Digital Skills Fair to inspire and motivate young people to develop the technical skills that will be required in the future.

The event will be attended by up to 800 Year 7 and 8 learners from schools across Nottinghamshire County and will aim to raise aspirations and build awareness of the importance of digital skills within a wide range of sectors.

We are looking for businesses to deliver a range of short practical workshops that stimulate interest and offer a glimpse of the technical skills required in your sector. Full support will be offered with design of workshops and delivery on the day.
