To facilitate a company-wide restructure and ambitious expansion plans, North Nottinghamshire based CCM Group is looking to recruit 13 new employees. The new restructure sees CCM Group divide its offering into two clear divisions centred on innovation and excellence.
CCM Group has experienced rapid expansion this year through splitting its offering through business to business services and business to consumer products. CCM Creative, the long-standing arm of the business, offers creative, marketing and print services to well-known brands across the UK including The Range, CEF, Leicester City FC, Fittleworth and Carlisle Construction.
The last 12 months has seen CCM Group celebrate its best ever financial performance, adapting to a new management structure and strategy, whilst also transforming its business model to supplying personal protective equipment (PPE) to support the nation during the coronavirus pandemic. CCM Group has proudly sold over ten million masks and hand sanitisers to the likes of local councils, care homes and large-scale organisations, through its non-profiteering and ethical approach.
The new business restructure has provided internal members of the team with great career progression opportunities, including CCM Group’s Sales Manager, Tina Brown, being newly appointed as Managing Director of the B2B Creative division. The company also welcomes Richard Ardis as Managing Director of the business to consumer division of the group. Richard’s main focus will be to build a flexible business division capable of reacting to market trends and patterns, and is recruiting seven new members to his team in order to grow this side of the company further.
CCM Group has outgrown its 5,100sq ft office and warehouse space and is now looking to relocate to a 26,000sq ft property to house its expanding warehouse operations and growing team. Trent Peek, CEO of CCM Group explains, “The last 12 months have been extremely fast-paced and with further ambitious growth plans set for the year ahead, I trust this momentum will continue. Our sales target for the financial year of 2020/21 was to hit £3.6m, and we’ve already reached this figure within the first quarter of the new financial year. Our new management structure has given the business and its individual teams more focus and direction and our flexibility to adapt to new market trends has also enabled this outstanding level of business growth.
