Her thirst for knowledge, coupled with her exemplary work ethic meant that she was soon promoted to the senior management team. Operations Director Dave Price stated; “Lindsey is approachable, willing to learn and push herself, is a natural leader and, most importantly, can manage upwards as well as down. She has been a fantastic addition to the business and is turning out to be a real shining light. She is also not afraid to get her hands dirty, which means she is a complete fit with the company ethos”

Lindsey started at Fresh having never worked in compliance, after a year in the business, she was promoted to Compliance Manager, taking on a team of three and overall management of the companies fleet of vehicles, QMS, warehousing, and HR. Fresh is dedicated to developing the people that work for them, and are quick to identify the talents of the staff. “I’ve loved the past couple of years working in Compliance for Fresh. It’s so fast-paced and they’re an amazing group of people.”

Lindsey will be attending the awards ceremony at the Sheraton Grand Hotel on Park Lane on the 22nd of March. “It would be great to win,” she said, “but to be honest, I’m just blown away that I’ve even been nominated for something as big as this.”

We all wish Lindsey good luck for the awards, and wouldn’t be at all surprised if she won.
