Flood Support from Nottinghamshire County Council and Derbyshire County Council

Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire County Council have announced their support for residents and businesses affected by recent flooding. Both councils are offering emergency payments of up to £300 for small businesses who have been affected by the floods.

Department for International Trade Healthcare Sector Update

There is so much going on for companies in the sector who are currently trading overseas, or thinking about it.

34 Midlands companies have just returned from Arab Health, at which large orders were won by some of the delegates, demonstrating both the excellence of the sector and the power of taking part in a tightly organised, high profile delegation. Some selected highlights are available to view here:

February also saw the arrival of six DIT colleagues from a range of Mediterranean markets. They held 1:1 meetings at Biocity with East Midlands healthcare companies keen to explore the opportunities available to them in these nearby markets.
