Call to digital firms not to miss new opportunities

Posted on February 14th, 2018

Companies involved in supplying digital products and services are being urged not to miss opportunities to attract new business.

Two major events are taking place next month, at which organisations will be able to learn about new and emerging technologies.

Digital technology is changing rapidly, with new trends and developments occurring almost daily, making it hard for businesses to keep up to speed.

Bringing together some of the region’s leading authorities in digital marketing and technology, the Digital Expos on 8 and 15 March, have been designed to help businesses understand how the digital landscape and marketplace is changing and how they can benefit from the opportunities offered.

The Expos have been created by the Chamber to run alongside the Digital Growth Programme’s (DGP) Digital Growth Conferences on both dates.

Entry to the Chamber’s Expos is free for all delegates but there are entry criteria for the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership and ERDF-funded DGP conferences.

Opportunities exist for firms to exhibit to the hundreds of delegates expected at each event.

Chris Hobson, the Chamber’s Director of Policy, said: “The Expos offer a fantastic opportunity to generate direct sales, expose your brand image, launch new products, increase your prospect database and maintain relationships with existing customers.

“With a history of bringing together the digital marketing community to tackle the challenges the future offers, East Midlands Chamber will host these two Expo’s to explore and introduce new and emerging ICT products and services, ultimately resulting in improved competitiveness and productivity to drive economic growth across the East Midlands.”
