East Midlands Chamber: Invitation to Tender

To support the marketing communications activities of both the ERDF-funded Digital Growth Programme and Digital UpScaler projects and ensure the successful delivery of these projects, the Chamber is seeking to invite proposals from suitably qualified and experienced agencies for graphic design and copywriting services, and fulfil print requirements to implement all marketing, communication and design assets and workshop courseware for the duration of the projects.

The tender is split in to three lots:

1. Development of Technology and Digital Brand and Branding Guidelines
   Maximum contract value: £8,000 including VAT (this is not ERDF funded)
   Duration: 13th February 2020 - 31st March 2020
    
2. Design, Production and Print Marketing Collateral and Workshop Courseware for the ERDF-funded Digital Growth Programme Project
   Maximum contract value: £60,000 including VAT
   Duration: 13th February 2020 - 31st March 2022
    
3. Design, Production and Print Marketing Collateral for the ERDF-funded Digital UpScaler Project
   Maximum contract value: £16,000 including VAT
   Duration: 13th February 2020 - 30th December 2022

Following approval of the Leicester and Leicestershire Digital Upscaler project application the contract value for Lot 3 will increase to £44,736 including VAT and the project timescale will extend to March 2023.

Each tender application must be accompanied by a Standard Details Questionnaire, which is embedded in the Invitation to Tender document and also available via the link above.
