  • The Mystery Shopper Service is an anonymous service that businesses can use to raise concerns and obstacles they encounter when bidding for, or working on, public sector contracts, e.g. late payment and unfair criteria. The Mystery Shopper team contact the contracting authority and work to resolve the issues.
