Lindsey Newman-Wood is an experienced facilitator, consultant, coach and trainer who has a proven track record of facilitating peer to peer sessions, action learning sets, action planning workshops and webinars, 1:1 coaching and mentoring. John Bunting is a ex Board member of a global business in employee and customer engagement and has held leadership positions in PwC and EY where he focused primarily on transaction advisory services and PE. In recent years John has created his own business, Anderson Stanley Consulting, advising and coaching CEO's and leadership teams in all aspects of how to scale up a business. John is a certified Scaling Up coach and Master Practitioner in NLP and he uses his vast experience to provide pragmatic advise around leadership, strategy, execution and cash to get the best out of people and help them to achieve their aspirations. John has led over 30 peer networks with over 50 SME's in recent months to a satisfaction rating of 93% due to the inspirational entrepreneurs who participate in the Peer to Peer programme provided by the Growth Hub.
John has provided coaching, facilitation and training for High Growth and ScaleUp businesses since 2006, he specialises in coaching leaders and senior teams to drive significant growth and change. He’s coached individuals and organisations to innovate and grow, dysfunctional teams to be effective and businesses to change their culture. With a background in procurement transformation and complex transactions, Paul has worked in a mixture of corporate and consulting roles, during his 24-year career. Phil Dobson - High Growth Facilitator
Phil Dobson is a Partner, Facilitator and Business Coach for The Alternative Board (TAB) in Derby and East Midlands. Phil’s background is in management within SMEs and continues today as a Director of a local business. He has over thirty years of sales and business management experience along with strong leadership, organisation, planning and people skills developed during time spent working in the manufacturing and distribution sectors both as senior manager and shareholder positions. Phil spent 5 years as a member of TAB himself, working towards both his business and personal vision. Rachel Mallows MBE is a Northamptonshire businesswoman with over 30 years' experience in delivering training, coaching, mentoring and business support. Rachel is the founder and Managing Director of The Mallows Company Limited, a Wellingborough based business with a regional remit, supporting SMEs and larger businesses with a focus on the food and drink sector. In 2015, its inaugural year, Rachel was awarded the Maserati 100, which celebrated her voluntary work for new and young businesses, nominated by an artisan food producer. The Mallows Company delivers the FEAST2 programme supporting food and drink manufacturers in the South East Midlands (SEMLEP) with mentoring, grants and technical assistance. Rachel has worked as a mentor for the Prince’s Trust, trained mentors for Business Link and the CDI and FEAST2. She is the Chair of SEMLEP’s Food and Drink Sector Strategy Board and has recently helped to found the Food from England initiative which supports regional food groups to grow local food and drink producers.
Rachel is also Director of the Weetabix Northamptonshire Food and Drink Awards (founded in 2009), Made In Northamptonshire, and is Chair of Trustees of The Daylight Centre, Wellingborough which runs a foodbank. Rachel was awarded the MBE for her services to Business and Entrepreneurship in the Queen's 90th Birthday Honours List in 2016 and was made a Deputy Lieutenant for Northamptonshire in the same year.
