The aim of this scheme is to support and encourage the occupation of vacant retail premises, by new and growing businesses, into Ilkeston, Sandiacre and Long Eaton town centres.
The scheme helps the regeneration of the town centres and hopes to improve the range and quality of goods and services on offer for both local residents and those visiting our towns. The grant is available now and will continue until either all the funding is allocated, or 31st March 2020. You can apply up until 31 days from the date you begin trading in a new premise.
Businesses starting, expanding, or re-locating in Ilkeston, Sandiacre or Long Eaton are able to apply for a maximum grant of £1000. If your application is successful, you will also receive £250 worth of extra support from the Erewash Partnership.
