Employee engagement has been a management topic for a few years. Evidence suggests that more effective engagement delivers improved performance and business success. How do you measure up when it comes to engagement and are your results what you expect? Where does your evidence come from? If you’re at all unsure, this workshop will explain how you can better understand, measure and plan for greater engagement in to help you create and execute your business plans.

Research suggests that many CEOs believe they are great at engaging their people, while their employees don’t believe they are engaged enough. That one word, enough, suggests that businesses are failing to offer the opportunity for people to bring their whole selves to work and that suggests a huge waste of their knowledge, skills, experience and talents in driving the business forward.

Go beyond the hackneyed phrase ‘people are our most important asset’ and delve into a deeper understanding of engagement and the benefits that it can bring for you the leader, for your people and for your business.

Who should attend this workshop?

This workshop is aimed at business owners and leaders with responsibilities for teams who execute strategies and deliver results. Delivered in a straightforward way that any leader and manager can access; they’ll learn to use tools and approaches that will support change at an organisational level, should they choose.

Please note that this workshop is open to trading SMEs based in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Businesses located outside of this area will be unable to attend and instead directed to alternative support.
