These webinars are free and designed for everyone within the organisation and those based in the Midlands.

The Wellbeing Project is working in partnership with Thrive at Work to support workplace wellbeing and encourage positive behaviour change. Pressure is essential to team performance. But too much pressure can lead to stress and burnout. Managers have an essential role to play in managing pressure and maintaining optimum team performance. ​ ​In this webinar we’ll explore proven strategies and evidence-based models to master this critical skill. ​

OUTCOMES:

- Understand how team performance is affected by pressure and stress.​​

- Identify demands that may be driving stress in your team.​

- Develop strategies to manage unhealthy pressure.​ - ​Provide support to enable healthy performance and prevent burnout.​

- Establish healthy boundaries that enable your team to perform at their best, even under pressure.

This webinar is delivered by Rob Snell. Rob is a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development qualified, Global Learning and Development Trainer, Consultant, competent Business Coach and a Motivational Speaker. Robert also works for one of the UK’s leading Mental Health Charities running workplace mental wellbeing and sensitive conversation courses and raising awareness. Robert works with executives, senior board members and management staff at all levels to help them measure and improve the positive wellbeing of themselves and their staff, to unleash their true potential and maximise their productivity. His global training experience has included Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
