Are you a manager looking to engage with your team and harness new ways of working? This webinar will cover the concepts of applying Agile in a leadership capacity and create a new way of thinking about how to work with and manage teams.

For many years managers and leaders have recognised the importance of harnessing the power of teams especially where generating ideas to bring about improvements in quality and efficiencies. Never more has this been more pertinent than now. Post Covid-19 businesses will need to be prepared to change the ways in which they work and to find efficiencies to ensure their wellbeing into the future. The concepts of Agile working help to create a framework to encourage engagement from each and every team member – and to inspire and encourage innovative ideas and more effective decision making.

Few would argue that ownership of the solutions is the best way to engage staff members, and concepts such as “Scrums” and being a Scrum Master take on a whole new meaning when talking Agile.

This webinar will cover:

  • The advantages to business of being able to respond with more agility in a fast changing climate
  • The power of teams and considering responsiveness, customer centric policies and culture
  • Concepts of Scrums; Pivoting; and ties in to Lean to bring about greater efficiencies, innovative ideas, improved decision making and more motivated staff
  • Summary and close
  • Q&A session
