Session overview

This is a session for any individual who really wants to change, to improve their own personal effectiveness and lay the foundations for sustaining monumental changes in their lives.

Looking at the internal, attitudinal ‘building blocks’ of personal effectiveness, this session takes delegates on a learning journey from knowing and leading themselves effectively, to expressing that personal change externally where relationships, influence, creativity and teamwork can be transformed.

Organisational outcomes

  • A culture of increased engagement and clarity around goals and objectives
  • Create unity and prevent negativity across the organisation
  • Leaders who now clear roadblocks instead of creating them
  • Individual learning outcomes
  • As a result of participating in this process, attendees will learn to:
  • Understand the power behind the choices you make every day of your life
  • Fill the gap between stimulus and response according to what you value
  • Overcome reluctance to take initiative and lack of motivation
  • Achieve goals even when your environment seems to want to prevent it
  • Investigate what matters most and think about your vision for the future

Who should attend

The course is for any manager or staff member working for or with an SME in the following areas:

  • Derbyshire Dales and the High Peak
  • Bassetlaw, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood
  • Nottingham City
  • Leicester City

This workshop is also designed for anyone who would answer "yes" to the following questions:

  • Would you like to cultivate a personal and team culture of high trust, creativity and inspiration?
  • Is delivering consistently great results important to you and your organisation?
  • Would becoming a true ‘trusted advisor’ to your clients, friends and family be of value?
  • Would you like to be provoked into thinking about what really matters to you and to others?
  • Is increasing your influence and collaboration with others important to you?
  • Would you like to minimise conflict and learn to assert yourself in a more effective way?
