This webinar is hosted by D2N2 UpScaler in partnership with Nottingham Business School, D2N2 Growth Hub and East Midlands Chamber and part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

If your company is growing at a pace that is hard to manage, we have two unique projects providing specific, tailored and intense high-growth business support.

The D2N2 UpScaler project delivered in partnership with Nottingham Business School is open to a limited number of high-growth enterprises that are growing rapidly or planning to do so. Businesses that are scaling up; have the potential to scale-up; or are ambitious to grow will be considered for the programme. Likewise, the Digital UpScaler project is designed for high growth businesses that want to scale through the adoption of new technologies.

Benefits of joining both projects include access to a customised range of proven business support workshops, peer-to-peer events and a management development programme, enhanced by a grant scheme to subsidise the cost of additional support. The Digital UpScaler project also includes a dedicated technology forum.

Who should attend?

Senior managers from businesses and SMES based in Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire that are growing and have the potential to scale.
Private sector and public sector service providers who would like more information and can signpost other businesses onto the Upscaler projects.

There are three eligible categories of high growth business:

Scale-up businesses - businesses with between 10 and 249 people, turnover between £1m- £45m and annual growth of 20%+ for the last three years.

Potential scale-up businesses - businesses with between 10 and 249 people, a turnover of £1m- £45m and that have achieved annual growth of 10%+ for the last three years or 20% + for the last two years.
