Support & Grow for South Derbyshire Manufacturers

The purpose of the event is to introduce manufacturers in South Derbyshire to relevant support services from the Council, East Midlands Chamber, D2N2 Growth Hub, East Midlands Manufacturing Network and other partners.
We’ll also be joined by local manufacturer Devtank to explain how accessing some of these services has already helped them.

- 7:30am – 8am: Coffee, breakfast rolls and networking
- 8am – 8:10am: Introduction to fully-funded Accelerator support and grants – Paul Stuart, Head of Business Support Services, East Midlands Chamber
- 8:10am – 8:20am: How the Made Smarter programme can improve your competitive edge – David Dobson, Digital Transformation Specialist, East Midlands Chamber
- 8:20am – 8:30am: Benefits offered by free membership to the East Midlands Manufacturing Network – Deborah Rogers, East Midlands Manufacturing Network Adviser, East Midlands Chamber
- 8:30am – 8:45am: How accessing business support has helped guest manufacturer Devtank – Tim Telford, CEO, Devtank
- 8:45am – 10:00am: An opportunity to network with manufacturing peers and discuss your specific business needs with advisers on a 1-to-1 basis or book a follow-up meeting
