Stronger Supply Chains: Tools to Manage Risk. All organisations depend on third parties to provide them with goods and/ or services and with this comes significant risk.

This half-day workshop will enable you to:

  • Address challenges such as Covid-19 and Brexit and identify priorities going forward

  • Consider how Procurement and Supply Chain knowledge underpins good risk management

  • Explore and apply risk analysis, prioritisation and action planning tools and templates

  • Discover the importance of a systematic approach to risk management

Thinking about your organisation:

  • How much do you spend with third parties?

  • To what extent do you treat your supply chain as an extension of your own business?

  • Which suppliers are critical to you?

  • What are the consequences if they don’t deliver on time or to quality standards?

  • Do you have alternative suppliers approved and able to step in, if your supplier cannot perform?

  • Through Covid-19 and Brexit what have been the business continuity issues?

  • Did supplier failure play a part?

  • Have the lessons been learnt and addressed?

This interactive workshop will help you address these challenges and provide you with tools and templates to enable a practical approach to risk identification and mitigation.
