Understanding your physical, mental and spiritual needs is essential in supporting your health and each person's individual needs can be very different. Your needs may also vary from day to day or month to month, so the course is designed to enable you to build up a toolbox of skills and techniques that can be drawn upon for different situations.

Topics include:

  1. An introduction to wellness
  2. The characteristics of workplace wellness models
  3. Workplace wellness case studies
  4. Development of action plans and their application

Learning Outcomes

On completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • Develop an understanding of the concept of wellness
  • Appraise different approaches to enhancing your wellbeing
  • Apply concepts of wellness to your individual needs
  • Develop an action plan for personal growth and development

Course Attendance

This webinar series will be delivered over four short sessions on 12 and 19 October. Sessions are from 10am -12pm and 2pm - 4pm on both these dates.  There are also approximately 3 hours of post session activities to complete.
