Innovation is an integral component of driving organisational success for businesses of all sizes. When implemented in an interconnected and systematic way, innovation delivers both economic growth and business benefit.
Innovation is not splitting the atom, innovation for business can be based on marginal gains. Imagine 0.1% improvements across your whole business adding up, it worked for the British Cycling Team, so why not for your company?
Moreover, it’s important to understand how business culture can help cultivate innovation within a company, and result in a positive impact on your bottom line.
This participative session will give you an introduction on how to maximise innovation for your business success.
The Ready to Grow programme is aimed at:
SMEs in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire who employ five or more people.
Business owners, leaders and entrepreneurs who have a desire to grow their business but need help getting there.
Note: this session is not suitable for sole-traders.
