The Ethnic Minority Business (EMB) Exchange is a distinctive business space, designed by and for Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire businesses of ethnic minority heritage and those who wish to support as allies.

Under pinned and supported by the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), the UK’s leading business campaigner, EMB Exchange aims to provide a focused space that gives ethnic minority business owners access to the resources and contacts needed to help their small businesses grow and succeed.

Exchange ideas, exchange contacts and exchange pathways to support.

More on this event

One of FSB’s objectives is to value diversity and inclusion in everything it does and the strength of FSB rests on attracting the greatest number and diverse small business owners and the self-employed which reflect the whole of the UK business population.

All of our events, whether focused on a specific issue or equality characteristic, are therefore open to all.  This also underpins the notion of allyship where marginalised groups are supported by those not from the specific groups or communities and offers mutual benefits for shared learning, wider conversations and a collective responsibility to inclusivity.
