This webinar covers ways to avoid strained relationships, and to focus on the positive behaviours needed to help both parties to win.
The aim of this session is to provide participants with an understanding of human behaviour and negotiation to see how they can work well with customers to maximise results - developing a culture of involvement, and co-operation when negotiating.
Anyone involved in negotiating with customers, and who would like to negotiate more effectively by developing a climate of trust, enthusiasm, and willingness to work together to maximise results and maintain the relationship.
