This event will explore the connections between mental health and the workplace for small/micro businesses and third sector organisations. Academics from NTU will present research on topics such as resilience, presenteeism and psychological wellbeing and safety practices in and after the pandemic. Presentations will be followed by round table discussions that will explore your own experiences and understanding on these topics and will identify mutually beneficial opportunities to collaborate and partner on new research. This event is aimed at small and micro businesses and third sector organisations.

There will be two other events as part of this series for small/medium enterprises and the grey economy, and Large workplaces and the public sector. The links to these two events can be found below.

If you have any questions please contact Tiffany Trundell (tiffany.trundell@ntu.ac.uk) or Rachel Hanemann (rachel.hanemann@ntu.ac.uk) from Nottingham Trent University.
