Starting later this year and running into 2024, internationally acclaimed culture change expert David Chabeaux will be delivering a series of full-day, in-depth masterclasses, to help leaders develop a culture which promotes trust, creativity, resilience, understanding and aligns to their organisation’s objectives.
As a taster to these sessions, through the autumn, we are running six one-hour online webinars to inspire thought, plant the seed of creativity and get you prepared for this masterclass journey.
Overview
This is the fifth taster session for a series of six new masterclasses with David Chabeux which cover the topic of culture with the workplace.
Learning to work effectively together with others in today’s world is absolutely VITAL. It requires us to step back, to seek first to understand others, rather than seeking to first be understood. Yet that can be pretty tough, right?! It requires us to be skilled in the nuances of managing inputs, agendas and attitudes from multiple sources. Only then can we effectively and sustainably influence others to see things differently or open up to alternative courses of action.
In this innovative and interactive 1 hour online session – with a sensational follow-up day inperson for those who wish to explore and immerse themselves deeper – internationally acclaimed culture change expert David Chabeaux will show you how to really listen, and to build a culture that harnesses people’s own styles and needs with a deep understanding of the needs and desires of others.
