Do you need help to get started with making the switch from paper-based systems & processes?

These two 3 hour workshops will cover the foundation/ introduction level of using your Microsoft 365 tools to aid your digital transformation and automation of general admin processes.

We will investigate & demonstrate how you can automate day-to-day business processes, standardise processes & use Microsoft as your document management system. We will show you how you can remove ‘paper’ and start your digital journey.

If you are primarily using paper and manual processes to manage your business this workshop is for you. If you have lots of document duplication, paper tick sheets, updating of numerous Excel spreadsheets etc then this workshop will also help you. 

This workshop is designed to help you fully utilise your Microsoft 365 Business licenses.

Many SME’s are using Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & PAPER. This workshop will help you review and use the other tools that come with the same licenses you have already purchased and help you automate business processes, guide on document management system, tasks, to do’s etc and general improvement of Office/ Remote communications for you and your team. 

The session will look at remote/ mobile working and how information can be communicated to your team, customers or suppliers efficiently and efficiently, through portals and company web pages.

We will give you examples of how to build a portal for your company and team, sharing content, build document and list libraries to track day-to-day information.

We will give examples of APPs you might wish to build/use and also, how routine tasks can be automated.

Please note that this workshop is open to trading SMEs based in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Businesses located outside of this area will be unable to attend and instead directed to alternative support.

Who’ll be presenting this workshop?

Mark Cawar is an experienced IT professional and cloud specialist who has held senior digital roles for over two decades.

For the last 6 years, Mark has been working in a consulting capacity - helping SMEs across multiple sectors to define, design, and adopt digital infrastructure strategies to improve their business processes.
