The session will provide businesses with an introduction to carbon foot printing, starting with an explanation of the key concepts before progressing onto the reasons why businesses should produce a footprint in 2024.
The presentation will also provide attendees with a guided approach to produce their own basic footprint quickly and easily. Finally there will be a discussion on some of the things that an organisation can do with the accrued data, including ways of making financial savings.
The session will be led by Khaled Belgasmi, Consultant at Loreus, covering the follow topic areas:
What is a carbon footprint
Why do a carbon footprint? (business drivers)
How to do a carbon footprint
Ideas for ways to reduce your footprint & associated costs
