Are you looking to introduce new digital processes and systems into your business? Join this two-part action planning workshop to learn how you can improve day-to-day business operations through the implementation of IT Software and Systems. We’ll also be covering how to design and implement a digital IT Strategy linked to your business growth and productivity.

This two-part action planning workshop is designed to help you with an introduction to designing, building and implementing a digital IT strategy. These workshops will help you identify your key objectives, review operational issues, and give guidance on how IT solutions may benefit.

We’ll also take a look at and review different IT software and systems, and how they could be used to improve your productivity and growth. You’ll also learn how to implement and maintain these systems.

Please note that this workshop is open to trading SMEs based in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. Businesses located outside of this area will be unable to attend and instead directed to alternative support.

Who’ll be presenting this workshop?

Mark Cawar is an experienced IT professional and cloud specialist who has held senior digital roles for over two decades.

For the last 6 years, Mark has been working in a consulting capacity - helping SMEs across multiple sectors to define, design, and adopt digital infrastructure strategies to improve their business processes.
