Workplace energy use is not only a business cost but a cost to our environment too. This webinar will help you understand the impact & give easily achievable ‘quick wins’ on how to change our behaviours.
The session will be delivered by Victoria Green, a developer of residential & commercial property for over 20 years, Victoria co-owns the multi-award-winning property development company Spenbeck. This second-generation family business provides client support in Sustainability, Building Health & Commercial & Residential Interior Design.
Victoria has been at the forefront of developing Spenbeck’s extensive residential & 50,000ft² Grade II Listed commercial portfolios, and now levers her experience & expertise in all aspects of sustainable development & interior design to support businesses and residential clients to invest in their people & places to optimise their environments, enabling them to flourish.
On the day we will explore a range of strategies via minimising unnecessary consumption through operation & design, reducing your emissions & costs to guarantee alignment with your Sustainability targets. Topics covered will include:
- Aspects affected by occupant behaviour
- How to reduce energy consumption at work
- The essential role of space planning & design to reduce Scope 3 emissions

The Accelerator project delivers online webinars and full-day workshops. The webinars are designed as one-hour taster sessions and the workshops as full-day training sessions which are designed to provide delegates with an actionable plan and strategy.
