Many leaders feel like they can’t stop. They’re constantly switched on, juggling decisions, people, and pressures; often at the expense of their own wellbeing. And even when they know they need to slow down, the guilt creeps in. Who else will step up? What if everything falls apart?

This practical and honest session is for leaders who want to stay high-performing, without running themselves into the ground. We’ll explore why switching off isn’t a weakness and how prioritising your wellbeing can improve your clarity, decision-making, and leadership presence.

You’ll walk away with practical tools to recharge without losing control, and a refreshed mindset to lead in a more sustainable, energised way.

What’s covered:

  • Why being “always on” is holding you and your business back
  • How to spot signs of self-burnout before they escalate
  • The SELF Framework ™ (Boundaries, Wellbeing, Intention, Growth)
  • Tools and mindset shifts to help you recharge without guilt

What outcomes will be achieved?

  • Understand how prioritising yourself improves business results
  • Recognise early warning signs of stress and overwhelm
  • Learn simple, effective tools to boost energy and focus
  • Shift your mindset from selflessness to sustainability

Who should attend?

Whether you lead a team or are building a business, this session is ideal for business owners, founders, and senior leaders who carry a lot of responsibility and feel like switching off isn’t an option. If you want to lead with more energy, clarity, and resilience, this session will help you reset your approach and build leadership habits that last.
