This workshop will help you to understand where to begin with digital marketing for your business or where you can make improvements to your current activities online. We’ll look at how to maximise the impact of social media (paid and organic), how email marketing can form a valuable part of your strategy, how to optimise your website for search engines and how to tailor your Google listing.
You’ll also be introduced to some tools that will take your online content from amateur to professional. This workshop is ideally suited to micro-businesses and small/medium enterprises (SMEs) with little or no in-house marketing provision.

Meet your speaker
Chrissie Rowell has an MSc in Marketing Management and is a highly experienced marketer, having worked both in-house and within agency roles. She has supported a wide range of businesses in industries such as manufacturing, retail, automotive, financial, technical and professional services. Chrissie is also an Associate Lecturer in Marketing and Advertising.
