Yoga has many benefits including managing stress, improving mental clarity and releasing tension. In turn, this increases one's health, concentration and productivity. In this desk-workers yoga session we will focus on asanas (poses) to improve posture and desk-related aches and pains as well as calming the mind. Following the class, you will feel refreshed & rejuvenated. You will learn how to take yoga off the mat to incorporate its many benefits into your everyday life.
No prior experience is required to join this yoga class - it will be accessible for ALL levels of yoga practitioner. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat (or towel) and some water.
