Do you use a computer, laptop or mobile device to run your business? Does your business use email or online booking systems to take appointments or enquiries or even stores email addresses? If so, cyber security is relevant to you.
We’ve invited Shift Key Cyber, a small business based in Nottinghamshire, to our next Business Club in September. Founders, Dawn and Sarah, will be sharing their advice on how small businesses can use cyber security practices to future proof and enhance their protection against hacks, theft or information leaks.

How Business Club works
A facilitator will set the scene, open-up and steer discussions. Business Club is all about peer-learning and is driven by participants to suggest topics, share experiences and provide insights to one another.
Some months may feature guest speakers – others will be open to audience for suggested topics.
No one club will be the same – you’ll receive new ideas and different perspectives from those outside of your sector and networks, which you may not have considered before.

The meeting will take place online over Zoom. We will email you a link with a Zoom meeting invitation and instructions on how to connect. By booking a slot for this event your details will be shared with our partners or speakers for coordination purposes.
Following the meeting the Business & IP Centre will send you a link to a feedback form, which helps us monitor and improve our events. Our events are free to join and open to all aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners in Nottingham City, Nottinghamshire and neighbouring East Midlands-based areas.
