Drawing on the trainer’s own experience in creating numerous high performance teams as well as coaching others the workshop covers the key foundations of top teams. Practical skills are then provided and experienced to accelerate the journey of building a high performance team.

Eligibility:
This workshop is open to established enterprises located in Derby, Derbyshire, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.
Receipt of this support is subject to the Subsidy Control Act (2022). To qualify an enterprise cannot have received more than £315,000 Minimal Financial Assistance (MFA) and or De Minimis within any three-year period.
