When used effectively, big data can create huge advantages for corporate planning, offering both consumer and commercial insights. It can help detect which customers are likely to buy particular products, adding invaluable intelligence to marketing campaigns. Understanding big data also offers insights into the wider business environment, helping identify how competitors might be gaining market share.

What will I learn?

This two-part workshop will explore the role of big data in businesses today. You will discover Microsoft Office tools and techniques that can help your organisation use data more effectively.
