“A mediocre strategy well-executed is infinitely more valuable than a great strategy that sits on a shelf”. Indeed, studies show that organisational failure is primarily caused by the inability to execute—a lack of clarity on, and commitment to, vital goals, vague success measures and sketchy levels of responsibility and accountability.

In this award winning 1 day, in-person Masterclass, internationally acclaimed culture change expert David Chabeaux (who is currently working with us here at the chamber on our own cultural effectiveness) shares a 5-step process that will help you and your organisation create a culture that discovers where the pockets of great execution are, establishes what needs to happen to shift mediocre performance towards sustained excellence and accountability and then does it.

What’s Covered

As a result of participating in this process, attendees will:

  • Learn a robust process to sustainably execute their/organisations most vital objectives

  • Apply a goal-setting process that gets consistently excellent results

  • Stay focused every day

  • Gain control of competing demands on time

  • Apply best practice to critical thinking

  • Generate self-confidence and renewed energy

  • Effectively achieve personal and organisational goals

What Outcomes will be achieved
