Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed agenda providing support to businesses ensuring they can protect themselves from online cyber threats.

With the help of the Digital Growth Programme Cyber consultant, Sam Reed - you will learn how some simple steps to protect your business and discover how applying five technical controls under Cyber Essentials principles can protect your business from being targeted.

This workshop is ideal for SMEs looking to enhance their cyber security and put a plan and preventative measures in place to ensure the business is protected from online cyber threats. You don’t need to be technical or have any experience in cyber security to attend – this workshop is aimed at beginner to intermediate level.

Delegates will gain an understanding of Cyber Essentials and how it can benefit their business. They will be equipped with the skills to apply for, and pass, the Cyber Essentials certification.
