  • Short talks on environmental accreditation, marketing and sustainable procurement and funding. Running order to be announced soon.
  • Engage with renewable energy experts from the Institute of Innovation in Sustainable Engineering.

Complimentary refreshments will be available during the event.

Local businesses and SMEs in the D2N2 area (Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire) including those already working sustainably and wanting to share ideas and build on their knowledge; and those who are interested in making the crucial first steps towards creating a greener business.

About the Event Organiser

The D2EE Low Carbon Project is a collaboration between the University of Derby, Derby City and Derbyshire County Councils. The partnership provides a suite of services to help SMEs in the D2N2 (Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire) area to make carbon savings, reduce greenhouse gas emissions and support the shift towards a low carbon economy. The project is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to deliver free support for eligible SMEs in the D2N2 area.
