Resilience is an essential skill within business. This is a great opportunity to gain insight from chartered psychologist Dr Steve Bull who will draw upon his experience in elite sport and business to provide you with the tools required to implement changes back in the workplace.

Session content to include:

Understanding the importance of resilience in a changing workplace

Strategies to handle tough situations and pressure

Developing ‘turnaround’ resilience to better respond to setbacks

Improving ‘critical moment’ resilience to ensure top performance at key moments such as presentations or important meetings

Increasing ‘endurance’ to better handle consistently high workload and pressure

Identifying strengths as a foundation for effective and confident decision making

DR Steve Bull has been headquarters psychologist for the GB team at three Olympic games, has worked with the England Cricket Team for 17 years and works as a coaching psychologist within the corporate world.

The workshop is funded by European Social Fund and delivered by Raise the bar. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this workshop you must meet the small business eligibility criteria, set out in the booking form.

You must employ less than 250 employees or full time equivalent

You must be a leader, manager, and/or business owner
