This Masterclass is aimed at small to medium-sized enterprises (regardless of their sector) which are based in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire

The workshop is funded by European Social Fund and delivered by Caroline Newns. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Caroline Newns runs her own ‘Micro’ enterprise and has supported business owners for over twenty years. 

She works with businesses which vary in size and complexity, both in the UK and internationally. 

She is an accomplished industry conference speaker; a Mentor at the University of Lancaster Management School and a passionate advocate of straight-talking and supportive business advice. 

Caroline has run a number of successful Masterclasses for  ‘Skills Support for the Workforce’ and Learndirect is delighted to have her on board again. 

In this Masterclass you will learn:

– What is the best environment for business growth and how do you collect management information (within and outside your business) to inform your thinking? 

– What decisions will need to be taken and how do you tap into the advice and support which is available?

– How do you bring others with you and maintain the operating values which you started out with?

– How do you pull away from the ‘day-to-day’ operation of your business to make the time to focus on business growth? 

Delegates should expect a fast pace coverage of key issues, plenty of practical advice and guidance and opportunities to network with like-minded individuals. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

To be eligible for this workshop you must meet the small/medium business eligibility criteria, set out in the booking form.

You must employ less than 250 employees or full time equivalent 

You must be a leader, manager, and/or business owner 

Carry out these services in Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire
