Nottinghamshire Digital Business Growth Programme

Incredible opportunity for businesses across Nottinghamshire to access FREE ICT, Social Media and Digital Marketing advice and support!

Throughout March, the Chamber’s eBusiness Club will be delivering a series of free full-day action-planning workshops and awareness-raising seminars aimed at boosting businesses’ digital awareness to help drive their online engagement and increase revenue.

The support will be delivered from the region’s industry leaders thanks to a new partnership between Nottinghamshire County Council and East Midlands Chamber.

The aim of the workshops is essentially to improve businesses’ knowledge and awareness about the benefits of high speed broadband and associated technologies and the role they play in achieving economic and business growth, and to support businesses to implement, adopt and exploit digital technologies in the region.

A wide range of subjects will be covered by the programme, including social media, website development, Video marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), cyber security and digital apps which can boost productivity.

Businesses based in the local authority district areas of Ashfield, Bassetlaw, Broxtowe, Gedling, Mansfield, Newark and Sherwood, and Rushcliffe can access the course free of charge.

In addition, eligible businesses looking to invest in digital technology can also access free specialist one-to-one support from eBusiness Club advisers, who can help identify suitable solutions and formulate grant funding applications for submission to the new D2N2 Digital Business Growth Programme. This European Regional Development Funded project will managed by Nottinghamshire County Council and grant applications are expected to open in April.
