Fuse: Connecting graduates and small businesses in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire

Fuse is a scheme aimed at better connecting graduates and small businesses in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire. The programme takes the elements of a corporate graduate scheme, and makes it available for SMEs in the area. This includes:

  • Targeted attraction of a cohort of graduates from the two universities and nationally
  • Graduate scheme style selection processes, including digital application form and video interviews to pre-sreen graduates before you see them
  • A follow on development programme for the graduates to ensure they hit the ground running

The programme is aimed at SMEs in the area who haven’t recruited graduates in the last few years, or who need more support with a new type of graduate role.
All of this support is free to businesses, and if you think your organisation could benefit then please register your interest

The project is run in collaboration with Nottingham City Council, Nottinghamshire County Council, The University of Nottingham and Nottingham Trent University.
