Event information / agenda
This workshop will teach you how to put on and use your social media goggles - so that you see content for your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts everywhere you go. This half-day session will take place indoors and outdoors and will open your eyes to the opportunities. Plus, we'll tell you about the free software that you can use to create engaging social media content and which content works best on each network.

As this course is part of an ERDF funded initiative, we will require you to be enrolled in The Big House Programme, prior to attending the event. If you are not already enrolled, you will find the appropriate form here. Please bring this form with you to the first workshop as it will be required when signing in.

This event will be hosted by Status Social. Status Social and their clients have generated more than ONE MILLION POUNDS in sales through social media. Established in January 2011 by award-winning BBC journalist, Mark Saxby, they were one of the first social media agencies in the UK and remain one of the few who specialise only in social media.

This event is predominantly for creative and digital entrepreneurs or SME's who are signed up to The Big House Project and have had less than 12 hours of support. If you have already accumulated more than 12 hours and wish to attend can you please email us and we will put your name on a waiting list and advise if a place is available nearer the start of the workshop.

The Big House opens the door to a network of partners providing free support for creative and digital individuals or businesses based in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.

From developing potential business ideas, nurturing start-ups and new entrepreneurs, to working with established SMEs wanting to grow, our partner network offers specialist support. Our 1-2-1 mentoring, networking events, workshops and seminars help you build relevant skills and knowledge. #TheBigHouse #ERDF
