Employment Law Update

2015 and 2016 brought the usual changes to employment law that affected every workplace such as the introduction of shared parental leave and the new Fit for Work scheme.

At the same time, case law continues to have an impact on decisions ranging from how to calculate holiday pay to discrimination and unfair dismissal.

New employment law and on-going case law present a challenging environment for employers. We understand how difficult it is to keep abreast of changes, yet failure to do so can prove to be expensive in terms of your reputation as an employer and the potential for Employment Tribunal claims.

Taking place at six monthly intervals, these sessions enable you to keep up to date with the very latest employment law news so be sure to book your place now.
